This large sunny room with private deck and entrance has a sitting/dining area, king size bed, and your own bath.  Walk-in closet, refrigerator, and wireless Internet access.

We are located on the “bay” side of Wellfleet, 17 miles from Provincetown airport and wharf, in the heart of the Outer Cape. Beaches, Boating, Biking. A lovely vacation spot.

Summer rates for 2013: 1 or 2 guests (two-night minimum): $160/night ($180/night  for June 28 through September 2).  No pets or smoking, please. Cash, personal and traveler’s checks accepted.

All overnight guests must be confirmed prior to your arrival – a maximum two persons per night are allowed per room.

Our cancellation policy:  Full refund of deposit if canceled up to two weeks before arrival; thereafter, refund only if we subsequently rent the nights of your original reservation.
